CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations received by 12/16/11 entitled to a full refund.  Cancellations received 12/17/2011-1/6/2012 entitled to a 50% refund.  No refunds after 1/6/2012.  All refunds subject to a $25 processing fee.  Substitutions allowed at no charge through 1/11/12; $25 substitution fee thereafter.
